Because the Bluebell Railway was not running any scheduled trains on Tuesday 13th January 2004, we regret we are unable to offer a first day cover for the Royal Mail stamp set (which features "Blackmoor Vale" amongst its six designs).

We have a policy of just have two issues of stamps a year, marking either a locomotive or other anniversary, or to feature one of the many locomotives to be found on the Bluebell.
There are multicoloured first day covers with, usually, a related Maximum Card, also available as a First Day item.
